Just recently we read that WBRA channel 3 in Roanoke, VA was granted a construction permit to move to channel thirteen and we assumed that the move would be made before the 2023 skip season. We were wrong because WBRA was just received via E skip on May 23rd in Florida and a source told one of our WTFDA members that it will take around 3 more years before the move will actually happen. So, Roanoke is till alive and well on channel three and is being seen via skip. If you haven’t logged it yet, now is a great time to try. Good luck!
